*CRIME OF SPECIFIC FRAUD: Since none can sell or promise to sell a property (lot 12 of block 16 of Colonia Lazaro Cardenas of the city of Zihuatanejo de Asueta, State of Guerrero that is not the property of the Trustor Luis Manuel Pelayo. The owner is Ruben Gonzalez Vazquez. Since at the time of the conclusion of the PROMISE CONTRACT, the property was not owned by the seller: Luis Manuel Pelayo. Even today the deed has not been granted.
*BREACH OF CONTRACT: Luis Manuel Pelayo failed to accomplish the following:
1-Acquire Title to property for effective transfer
2-Failure to Complete construction of the property (60% Finished)
3-Breach of contract was intentional, premeditated and major!
4. Mr. Pelayo was paid 105K, which is 3,000 more than required by contract

5. Mr. Pelayo continued to falsely claim that he was underpaid 10K, 20K and even 30K regardless of “Documented financial Evidence of him being overpaid by $3,000)
II. Dorian Gallegos: Zihuatanejo Attorney has very little information about his practice on the net. However, I was informed that he has worked with the Mexican Cabal. Important factors regarding Dorian are the following:

1) He created the “False Real Estate Land and Building Contracts with Full knowledge that the Trustor had “No Legal Title to the Land”.
2) Dorian and His client Luis Manuel Pelayo introduced Dorian as a “Non-English Speaking Attorney”, while it was later discovered that several businesses including 3 Real Estate Firms singularly referred and shared his legal services as an English speaking attorney.
3) Mr. Luis Manuel Pelayo made specific mention that by no means whatsoever should the building contract be shared with any legal authorities.
4) When I inquired about why they requested non-disclosure and silence regarding the contracts, they simply informed me that it would all be resolved in the end.
