Subject: Fw: March Submission of Criminal Law Suit for 1. Specific Fraud And 2. Investigative Website for Zihuatanejo Business owners
Greetings Poto, Julia and Dorian:
You have been given 3 years to take honest corrective action to reimburse funding to John Haskell for the construction of the home on: Lot 12 block 15 of Colonia Lazaro Cardenas
of the city of Zihuatanejo de Azuela, State of Guerrero, Hereinafter ("The Property"). was not his property since the owner is Mr. Ruben Gonzalez Vazquez. Starting in March, the following will
take place:
1) The Law Suit will transition from Civil to a "Criminal Law Suit".
A) Specific Fraud, Falsification of documents, Real Estate scam and Asset seizure, the "Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor" (PROFECO), and our criminal attorney, who has agreed to accept 50% of the value of the property. Ultimately a lose-lose financial arrangement, because I lose half my $ and the minimum penalty for this is 1 year in a Mexican prison.
2) A Website will be created will created to inform the local Zihuatanejo business Community, local Law Enforcement agencies, "Ley General de Profesiones", the US Embassy and the local Tourist Embassy of the Zihuatanejo Dive Center: http://www.scubazihuatanejo.com This website will be sent to 80-90% of the Zijuatenejo business community and will provide access to the following information:
Title: "The Destruction of Zihuatanejo Tourism through Fraud, Deception and theft"
A) Photos of Poto, Julieta and Dorian
B) Links for Land & Building Contracts
C) Links for Bank Statements, Receipts for payments totaling 105K (3K over the contract price of home & property) and receipts totaling 25K for attorney, travel and additional expenses.
D) Front page story of "How Dorian, Julieta and Poto has managed to steal 130K from J. Haskell through collecting funds for the building and refusing to take title for 3 years for the purpose of stalling
until they were sure that we have given up on the property all together. Their strategy has been continuously to 1) lie about the receipt of documented funds, so that they could
Extort as much money as possible and to 2) Promote indefinitely delay of processing Title and ownership until the plaintiff relinquishes all control of money and ownership to defendant.
E) A Weekly/Monthly article on "How to survive a relationship with a Narcissist", which will cover articles on Marriage to a Narcissist, Dishonest business deals, Marriages, Divorces, Narcissists, who engage in criminal activity, including theft, murder, extortion, robbery, fraud, etc.... Ad Nausea. In the event that this website does not accomplish it's purpose, I will monetize it and keep it going for a minimum of 7-10 years.
How do you stop the creation of the website and the criminal LAW SUIT?
1) Initial Bank Transfer to Alaska Federal Credit Union (Will forward account number and info) of $10,000 between now and the end of March followed by $120,000 in the next 6 months, which totals 130K. This will include the 105K you have personally received from me and the 25K you have costed me through your deceptive games. The first 10K received will stop the
criminal Law Suit.
2) Unfortunately, the website (Email and web addresses have been acquired through payment of a private agency in Mexico) will continue until the entire 130K has been paid. You have been given 3 years to take appropriate action and return money entrusted to you. The minimum time the website will
exist without full payment of 130K will be 10 years. Every week a new email will be publicly posted with an article about "Surviving Business, Relationship and Life with a Narcissist", which will have the front web page photo and link with you, Julia and Dorian on it. If the money is paid off in 3 months, the website will discontinue at that time. If it is paid of in one year, then the website and the emails to private local businesses, law offices, the US Embassy and other authorities will continue on a weekly/monthly basis until all the money is reimbursed.
Julia, I regret that this had to take place and that I even have to include you in it. Tragically, while your last statement addressed me as "Evil" relationship reflects your implication in Extortion, Fraud and Theft reflects a huge difference between truth and reality. We treated you and Poto like family, took you to dinner and was extremely kind to everyone. You folks repaid us by extortion and theft. It became totally obvious to me over 2 years ago that when Poto refused to provide any receipts for money he received AND the fraudulent nature of the contract that the intent to steal and extort as much money from me as possible, was the goal of Poto, you and Dorian from the very beginning.
Tragically, what you and Poto are doing by attempting to steal from my wife and I will impact not only you and Poto, but Poto Jr. for several generations to come. As a person who is aware of "Vibrational Frequencies and the capacity to perpetuate NEGATIVE or POSITIVE ENERGY, you should be aware of the below scriptural reality. Poto, what you have done to me and my family will be passed on to Poto Junior and 3 to 4 generations to come:
Exodus 34:7 where God says that he will punish the children and their children for the sins of the parents to the third and fourth generation.
I have given you every opportunity to resume responsibility for the reimbursement of this property. Unfortunately, you have chosen in your narcissistic manner to use, exploit and steal from my family from the very beginning. Please understand that for the sake Poto Junior and Julia, I have avoided this decision for over 3 years, because regardless of your criminally deceptive behavior I became very fond of your family while I was there. Unfortunately, it is now time for you to pay the consequences of your actions over the last 3 years.
IMPORTANT: Please do not email me about $$ for Title and other things. It will only cause me to "EXPEDITE THE PROCESS". This is NO LONGER about Titles. It is only about you returning the money 105K you have RECEIVED + the 25K you have costed me to continue this dishonest and lawless path of deception. Your best bet is to do the following:
1) Transfer a Minimum of 10K into my Alaska Federal Credit Union account by March and the remaining 120K within the next 3-6 months:
2) Pay for your title and either 1) Keep the property for your own rental purposes (105K leaves you with 3K to pay for your own Title. Therefore, my wife and I have already paid for your title and you are well aware of this. You just need to use that 3K to request the title. OR 2) Finish the Construction and sell it for 170K 3). Since your title has already been paid for, no other monies will be provided for you. You have already costed my wife over 130K for this property.
3) Before attempting to judge us regarding the 1) Criminal Law Suit and 2) Website, which will begin in March, please ask yourself the following:
1)What would you do if someone created a fraudulent contract for the purpose of stealing and extorting money from you? (Everyone who has read the contract has come to this conclusion)
2) What would you do if the person you paid (all documented receipts) 3 Thousand dollars over the purchase price + 25k in legal+travel+all additional fees, but yet the person continued to
claim that they owe you more money.
3) What would you do the opposing party used refusal to claim the title for over 3 years as a reason to "FREEZE ALL ACTIVITY", so they can simply wait until the party gives up, so they can complete the theft.
THE TRUTH:
I will never give up until you make the honest decision and return the 130K back to our bank account. You still have the capacity to make money from a sale without a criminal lawsuit and the Investigative Website, which will permanently tarnish your business and everything you do financially for years to come. As I said, I will keep it going for a minimal of 10 years unless paid. Why? Because my FAITH and CONSCIENCE compels me to do so to prevent others from being taken advantage of as you have done to me!
"This is NON-NEGOTIABLE". I will not be taking title to this property or selling it. You must assume responsibility for the 1) A fraudulent contract, "poor quality construction of this property", 3 years of theft and extortion. Meanwhile, if I have not received a minimum of 10K in my account by March, The criminal law suit will begin and the website will be posted and sent out to all businesses, law enforcement and regulating agencies in Zihuatanejo.

PS POTO-I suggest you allow Juliet and my wife to communicate over these manners, respond to the email and to make any negotiation whatsoever. Why? it has become obvious to me that you and Dorian intended to steal from US from the very beginning. I no longer have any trust in you or Dorian whatsoever. Therefore, the best thing is to get both Julieta and Virginia involved in the communication process.
